Today sees the end of our final 2008 competition, the Yuletide Bake-Off. Congratulations to the culinary corsairs that won! Rolling pins all 'round!

With the New Year comes a change in seasons: The forecast calls for the snow blanketing our Piratey realm to clear by January 6th, so be sure to enjoy one last peg-legged snow angel before it be gone 'til next year...
And there be plenty to look forward with the coming of Spring. Love be in the air, there's most assuredly more to discover in the Cursed Isles, and I hear the devs are brewing up another Puzzle for your delectation. Let's hear it for 2009!
